Each of the 55 suites and villas at Canaves Epitome includes a private plunge pool with sea views. The two-bedroom Pool Villa offers two living rooms, a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite rain shower, a second bedroom with twin or king beds, a wet area with rain shower, separate bathtub, and an outdoor terrace with heated pool. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and dining and sitting areas complete the outdoor space.
Dining
Omnia Restaurant serves Mediterranean-Greek fusion dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, facing the pool and sea. Elements offers a fine dining tasting menu with wine pairing, described as a 9-plate masterpiece. Breakfast is a la carte with a multi-course spread of fresh pastries, local yogurt, and eggs made to order, and can be served in-suite.
Wellness & Recreation
The hotel has the largest rooftop pool in Santorini, an infinity-style main pool, and a second pool area near Elements.
